He has many years of experience in the mining and metallurgical industry, started his professional career at the Balkhash Refining Enterprise, after which he held engineering and management positions in the production divisions of Kazakhmys Corporation LLP. He continued his career in Tau-Ken Altyn LLP, where he worked his way up from a metallurgical engineer to a technical director and director of a refinery. Since September 2024, he is the General Director of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD". He graduated from the Balkhash Mining and Metallurgical Technical School and Almaty Polytechnic Institute named after K. I. Abramovich. Satpayeva holds a Master's degree from the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys, as well as an Executive MBA from the Swiss International School of Business.

He has more than 16 years of experience in the mining industry. He has been working at JSC ShalkiyaZinc LTD since 2014, where he previously held the positions of chief surveyor and head of the Production and technical Department, and currently manages the Company's production unit. He has extensive experience in organizing and coordinating production and technical activities, planning and controlling mining operations, developing design and technical documentation, ensuring industrial safety and efficient operation of mining equipment. He has a specialized education in the field of mining, surveying and digital engineering in the mining industry.
Administrative Director of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD"
He has many years of experience in the field of legal support, personnel management, administrative management and organization of corporate processes, has experience in government agencies, the legal field, human resources management and the mining industry. He graduated from a higher educational institution with a degree in Law, has a master's degree in engineering and technology, as well as a master's degree in economics and business. Since January 2023, he holds the position of Administrative Director of JSC "ShalkiyaZinc LTD". Coordinates the activities of HR management services, legal and administrative support, digitalization and implementation of artificial intelligence, as well as building and structure maintenance units, ensuring the improvement of corporate processes, development of digital solutions and efficient administrative and economic activities of the Company.
